Unveiled in 2015, the Consumer Satisfaction Awards represent an expansion of our annual recognition program for top car dealerships in the U.S. and Canada. The program is intended to compliment our annual Dealer of the Year Award Program, which recognizes a select number of car dealerships throughout North America for outstanding customer satisfaction as expressed through customers’ online reviews posted on DealerRater.com.

2015 Award Criteria:

Consumer Satisfaction Award recipients must meet the same requirements as the Dealer of the Year program as described below:

• Minimum of 25 reviews on DealerRater for the 2014 calendar year
• Average minimum star rating of 4.0 on DealerRater (calculated quarterly); with 5.0 as the highest possible rating
• At least one review on DealerRater per quarter during the 2014 calendar year
• Must not have been blacklisted within the 2014 calendar year

MITSUBISHI MOTORS INTRODUCES MORE POWERFUL 2015 OUTLANDER SPORT

New 2.4-liter engine produces 168 horsepower – 20 more horsepower than currently offered 2.0-liter engine
The 2.4l engine will be available in two trim levels: 2.4 ES and 2.4 GT
Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (MMNA) has introduced a more powerful version of the 2015 Outlander Sport 5-passenger crossover that includes a larger displacement 2.4-liter MIVEC 4-cylinder engine producing 168 horsepower – a 20 horsepower increase over the current 2.0-liter engine.
With a starting MSRP of $21,295, the 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport 2.4 ES features a black center bumper to visually differentiate this model from the standard ES trim level. The 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport 2.4 GT has a MSRP of $23,595 and includes additional features such as a power driver's seat, leather-wrapped parking brake handle, aluminum pedals, and exterior enhancements including a black center bumper along with black roof rails and outside mirrors with LED turn indicators.
The 2.4 GT model includes an optional GT Premium Package that consists of a 710-watt Rockford Fosgate® premium sound system with 9 speakers including 10-in. dual-voice coil subwoofer with Punch Control®, DTS® Neural Surround, PremiDIA-WIDE® surround, and Dolby® Volume; panoramic glass roof with adjustable LED mood lighting and auto dimming rearview mirror. The GT Touring Package adds additional features including leather seating surfaces and MMCS Navigation system with 7-in. high definition touch panel, 3D mapping, point-of-interest information and real-time traffic.
Every 2015 Outlander Sport model includes Mitsubishi Motors' warranty – one of the most comprehensive in the automotive industry. Warranty coverage includes a fully-transferable 5-year/60,000 mile new vehicle limited warranty; 10-year/100,000 mile powertrain limited warranty; 7-year/100,000 mile anti-corrosion perforation limited warranty and 5-year/unlimited mile roadside assistance benefits.

MITSUBISHI CONCEPT XR-PHEV MAKES NORTH AMERICAN DEBUT AT THE 2014 LOS ANGELES AUTO SHOW

MMNA today unveiled the futuristic Mitsubishi Concept XR-PHEV during the Mitsubishi media event at the 2014 Los Angeles Auto Show.

Featuring bold styling and a performance-oriented yet highly efficient plug-in-hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) drivetrain, the Mitsubishi Concept XR-PHEV crossover hints at the future design direction for Mitsubishi Motors production vehicles in North America and further reaffirms Mitsubishi Motors' commitment to the U.S. market. 

  The stylized and modern driver-focused cabin is highly refined, technologically-advanced and comfortable for all of the vehicle’s occupants. In addition to its futuristic design both inside and out, the Mitsubishi Concept XR-PHEV features a host of next-generation active safety system technologies and its eco-friendly PHEV drivetrain offers sports car-like performance and exceptional fuel economy because of its Mitsubishi innovative Electric Vehicle (MiEV) technology.
